I have a set price for most projects*:

 

Installation of up to 30m²: £1000-£1800 depending on what product and how many times you'll use me for larger projects within a year. 

 

Installation above 30m²:

●£60/m² sealing (Zinsser Gardz) and priming (two coats of Zinsser Bulls Eye 123) only as a substrate 

●£75/m² sealing, lining paper (Erfurt MAV 1200 grade), and priming the lining as a substrate

●£170/panel scenic wallcoverings

●£120/m² staircases/ceilings

​ * All quotations, estimates, and pricing are provided based on the information available at the time and the real-time conditions of the project.

 

Where additional works, delays, or costs arise due to unforeseen site conditions, incomplete or inaccurate information, unique product being installed, third-party actions, variations requested by the client, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Feature Wall London reserves the right to revise the scope, programme, and pricing accordingly.

 

Any such additional costs shall be charged at the agreed rates or, where no rate has been agreed, at reasonable market rates.
